Built in RAK. Operating across the UAE.
TrustForce Project Management is an independent project management consultancy headquartered in Ras Al Khaimah. We deliver construction, digital transformation, and business change programmes across the UAE — under a single accountable PM partner model that removes the handoff risk most clients have already experienced somewhere else.
TrustForce was established in Ras Al Khaimah to address a gap that clients in the UAE — particularly in the Northern Emirates — consistently encountered: PM firms that were either sector-locked, Dubai-centric, or too large to give a mid-sized development programme the senior attention it warranted.
We built TrustForce around a single operating principle. One accountable PM partner across construction, digital transformation, and business change. Not a firm that routes construction work to one team, technology to another, and transformation to a third. A single PM who holds the full programme — across every workstream — from initiation to closeout.
That model was designed for the UAE market specifically. Projects here regularly span workstreams that elsewhere would be handled by separate firms. A new headquarters involves fit-out, IT infrastructure, and operational change simultaneously. A resort development involves construction, FF&E, operator readiness, and a hard commercial opening date. A market entry involves licensing, real estate, technology, and team deployment — all in parallel, all with dependencies on one another.
Most clients who have run one of those programmes without a single accountable PM already know what goes wrong. TrustForce exists because the alternative — a firm that holds the whole programme — was not available at the right scale and with the right UAE-specific depth in Ras Al Khaimah.
PMI methodology
TrustForce delivery is structured around PMI methodology and best practice — the internationally recognised framework for programme governance, risk management, and delivery accountability.
UAE-licensed consultancy
TrustForce is a licensed UAE consultancy operating under the regulatory framework of Ras Al Khaimah. All engagements are contracted and delivered from within the UAE.
Northern Emirates authority expertise
Direct working relationships with RAK Municipality, RAKIA, RAKEZ, civil defence, and Al Marjan Island authority. We know the submission requirements, review cycles, and escalation routes — not in theory, but from active programme delivery.
GCC delivery experience
Project delivery experience across the wider GCC — including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain — for clients managing regional programmes from a UAE base.
Accountability before activity
The first thing TrustForce establishes on any engagement is who owns each decision and each deliverable. Activity without accountability produces reports, not results. We build the accountability structure before the programme starts — not after the first delay occurs.
Problems surface early or they cost money
A scope gap identified at feasibility costs a conversation. The same gap identified at tender costs a variation. Identified during construction, it costs time, money, and a difficult client conversation. TrustForce runs structured risk and scope reviews at every phase transition — because the cost of finding problems late is always higher than the cost of looking for them early.
The PM's job is to tell the client what is true
Not what they want to hear. Not what keeps the relationship comfortable. Clients appoint TrustForce because they need an accurate picture of programme status — including the parts that are behind, at risk, or structurally wrong. A PM who softens bad news to protect the relationship is not managing the project. They are managing the client.
Sector breadth is a delivery advantage, not a marketing claim
TrustForce's cross-sector capability exists because UAE programmes genuinely span sectors. A PM who has only managed construction cannot anticipate the technology dependency that will delay a fit-out handover. A PM who has only run ERP deployments cannot read the construction programme risk that will affect the go-live date. Cross-sector experience produces better programme-level decisions.
RAK is not a secondary market
For TrustForce, Ras Al Khaimah is the primary operating context. The authority approval bodies, the contractor market, the free zone frameworks, and the development pipeline here are not background knowledge — they are the environment we work in daily. Clients running programmes in the Northern Emirates get a PM who already knows the terrain, not one mapping it for the first time on their budget.
One owner. Every deliverable.
Every workstream has a named owner. Every milestone has a date. If something is nobody's responsibility, it will be late. We build accountability in before the programme starts. Transparency
What is true, not what is comfortable.
Clients receive accurate programme status — including what is behind, what is at risk, and what needs a decision. We do not manage reporting to protect the relationship.
UAE context, not global templates.
Programme governance is built around the actual regulatory, procurement, and contractor environment the project operates in — not a generic framework applied from outside.
The same PM from start to finish.
The PM who scopes the engagement delivers it. No account manager handoff. No junior team swap after mobilisation. The relationship and the programme knowledge stay with one person.
No obligation. No sales call unless you want one. Tell us what you're working on and we'll tell you whether and how TrustForce can help.
